This bastard charges $13,000 up front for a review – then does not pay the specialists for their report.
No doubt a well known member of this forum living in Australia is still spitting tacks to such an extent she is unable to reply.
Avoid this shyster like the plague!

I wont go into it in detail but he charged me $12,000 upfront to represent me at a reasonably easy review – did f*%k all – then refused to give any refund at all when I sacked him, 13 mths later for not doing the job!!! 😮
I wasn’t the only one – unfortunately others where too scared to come forward as he’s handy at throwing around evil threats…. He even threatened the ACC lawyer i hired to fix his mess…..
That Dermot Nottingham is a con and dishonest and preys on the injured is I believe a well established fact, but if a claimant still chooses to use him then it is upon that claimants head.
