Phillip Raymond Nottingham, failed real estate agent, the brother and disciple of the recently convicted Dermot Nottingham, has long remained in his shadow. You can imagine at 157kg Dermot Nottingham’s shadow is huge and Phillip Nottingham has always had to accept a subordinate role in the laudafinem crime gang aptly named “The Begal Boys” by Napier Police. However, now that Dermot Nottingham is serving a sentence of home detention and community service after being convicted of five counts of criminal harassment plus two counts for breaching Court suppression orders, then Phillip Nottingham has had to take over the reins at laudafinem. Dermot Nottingham also has serious health issues relating to his morbid obesity which helped him avoid jail by a slim margin, he has also been banned from Internet activity except with his parole officers permission. Dermot Nottingham has also run up more than $250,000 worth of Court cost which he has been unable to pay so faces bankruptcy proceedings, leaving Phillip Nottingham to pick up the slack. Phillip Nottingham is a well known professional conman also known to focus on the vulnerable, old age pensioners, ACC claimants, school Children and the likes, but even for “Phil the Scam” $250,000 is obviously a big ask. So if you live in the Hillsborough area please beware of this known scoundrel, Phillip Nottingham is a shyster with no concept of integrity having thoroughly earned his nick name “Phil the Scam”

Yes that scoundrel Dermot Nottingham has finally gotten his comeuppance. Dermot Nottingham aka “Beast of Hillsborough” was convicted of multiple counts of criminal harassment and breaching Court suppression orders. Dermot Nottingham was sentenced to 9 months home detention and 100 hours community service, Nottingham apparently only avoided jail because of his morbid obesity related health issues, while the Crown suggested he should lose weight, at over 150kg that seems the sensible solution.
Dermot Nottingham is also facing bankruptcy having been unable to pay more than $180,000.00 worth of Court costs awarded against him for a long list of ill conceived, frivolous and vexatious Court proceedings which he routinely lost.
It appears the only thing “Justice ” about Dermot Nottingham is his lengthy list of convictions with the Department of Justice.

Yes the BUFFOON Dermot Nottingham is in the BANKRUPTCY COURT,  for failing to pay more than $180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand) worth of Court costs associated with a string of failed proceedings  as part of his program of harassment, while refusing to recognise when he has been beaten. But we guess he will have plenty of time to contemplate that while he serves his time on home detention.

Yes, Dermot Nottingham will be serving his time at  82 Goodall Street, Hillsborough, Auckland. Unless the Official assignee claims that property as part of the buffoons bankrupt estate, then I guess it’s back to jail. And what do Dermot Nottingham’s long list of victims have to say about that? Haaaaaaa Haaaaaaaa Haaaaaaa and about time, you deserve it.
