DERMOT NOTTINGHAM CONVICTED CRIMINAL & BANKRUPT
Yes that morbidly obese – bankrupt – criminal, Dermot Gregory Nottingham (Beast of Hillsborough) and his bum boys Robert Earle McKinney and Phillip Raymond Nottingham (Phil the Scam) have been at it again.
It has recently been revealed that Nottingham and McKinney were the pair behind the writ of habeas corpus citing the Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, the Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield, and Director of Civil Defence Emergency Management Sarah Stuart-Black, on the grounds that the covid-19 lock down amounted to unlawful detention.
Ironically, at the time of filing these proceedings, Nottingham (described as “nasty and malicious”) was himself still lawfully detained serving his sentence of home detention for criminal harassment and breach Court suppression orders.
Dermot Nottingham also had the audacity to apply for name suppression fearing threats from the public, the Court rejected the request saying “It is possible they may receive some unwelcome comments and that they may be upset by what others have to say, but that was not proper grounds for name suppression”.
Really Nottingham has it entirely wrong, anyone who knows of these scoundrels would much rather they continue to suffer at the hand of their own dim witted stupidity.

Surprise, surprise, Nottingham’s writ failed, which is the norm for these serial litigants, while it seems incredible these clowns have not already been declared frivolous vexatious litigants, particularly given that Nottingham’s bankruptcy was caused by hundreds of thousands in unpaid Court cost following an endless string of failed litigation.

Is there likely to be an end to this buffoonery, wasting the Court’s time, most unlikely, Dermot Nottingham clearly has serious mental health issues and delusions of grandeur, his endless litigation is nothing more than a vain attempt to seek attention and he will not refrain until finally declared a vexatious litigant. The only suitable place for Nottingham is locked by the feet in public Stocks so his victims can throw rotten tomato’s and urinate on the scoundrel, that may also grant him the notoriety he so desperately seeks.
